Hey there, awesome cyclists! We know that sometimes the ride just doesn't go as planned, so here’s our less-than-boring return policy. Buckle up—because returning your goodies just got a whole lot easier!
You can return most new and unused items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund—just remember, items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible.
1) Full MSRP and up to 15% off - Full returns (excludes bikes, frames and custom wheels)
2) All items marked 15-30% off - 10% restocking fee back to your original form of payment OR received a refund in full in the form of store credit
3) All items marked Closeouts or Open Box, New are not eligible for return
- Refunds for eligible returns are not subject to a fee for the free shipping that was paid to ship your order to you.
- Return shipping is always the customer's responsibility unless you received a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend shipping using a service that provides tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit back to our offices.
- Any fees for paid shipping is never refundable (e.g. If you pay for overnight shipping and then request a return, the portion you paid for the shipping will not be included in the refund)
Bikes or frames with cosmetic damage from shipping are not excluded from the return policy. Bikes/frames that are received with non structural cosmetic damage are subject to a partial refund consistent with the original manufacturers guidelines (e.g. free jersey or $50 credit for a minor paint chip). For damage deemed more severe a claim will need to be filled with our shipping insurance company within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please contact us immediately, keep all packaging materials and refrain from assembling your bike/wheels until we give you the go ahead.
Returning a frame? No problem! We’ll take it back, but there’s a $50 + 10% of your purchase price restocking fee, and you’ll handle the shipping back to us. Keep it clean, folks!
Wheels and wheelsets are also on thereturnlist, but we’ve got the same deal—$25 + 10% of your purchase price as a restocking fee. You’ll be responsible for shipping them back.
Heads up! Complete bikes and custom wheelsets don’t qualify for any refunds or credits since they’re built just for you. If you back out before we start building, your deposit is refundable. If it's already rolling out the door, that deposit turns into a Pro Bike Supply Online Gift Card for future rides.
If your bike or wheelset arrives damaged, reach out ASAP! We’ll sort it out quicker than you can say "new handlebars," offering replacement parts or credits to keep you rolling smoothly.
Takeoff or open box parts? FINAL SALE! No returns or refunds for those. Gloves, pads, and apparel can be returned within 45 days, but they must be brand new, unworn, and unwashed.
Refunds can take 7-10 business days to hit your account once we’ve processed it. We work fast (within 2 business days), but banks can take their sweet time. You know how it goes.
If you’re riding from across the globe, you’ll cover return shipping costs, as well as any taxes and duties imposed.
Need something different? No problem! Just return the item and place a new order. Easy peasy.
