Bikes Built to Order
At Pro Bike Supply, every bike is professionally built, tuned, and packed by our experienced technicians after you place your order. Building each bike to order allows us to ensure every detail is dialed in while giving you the flexibility to swap, upgrade, or customize components before assembly begins.
Once your order is placed, it enters our Build Queue, which typically results in a 2–3 week lead time before shipment. In some cases, build times may be slightly longer, but we'll keep you informed if any delays arise.
Before your bike leaves our shop, it undergoes a thorough quality inspection and is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and ready for its new owner.
Our team is always available to answer questions and help you explore upgrade options throughout the process. If you're considering any changes to your build, just let us know—we're happy to help create the perfect bike for you.
