Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.
Lead Times
We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.
Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.
Bike Builds
All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.
Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.
Only bikes/frames over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. There is a $150 charge on all bikes/frames under $3000.
Received a damaged item or bike?
We do our best to protect everything we ship but accidents do happen. Please keep all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim.

Enduro / All Mountain
Versatile, precise and controlled. This is our take on the ultimate modern trail rim.
The TR37 wheelset uses front and rear specific rims, each with its own tailored layup. A sine wave shape embedded into the molds aids side stiffness. Intended for heavier duty wheel builds and with a spoke hole area defined in the mold, these rims are only offered in 32H. A complete redesign of our molds, layup, and unique shape, make a significant step in how our rims handle.
The rims have the same side stiffness, but the front is about 25% less vertically stiff. The slightly wider 31mm internal width suits a high volume tire. It’s also about 60g lighter than the rear rim.
The hookless bead “lips” in the rear rim are thicker than the front for more impact protection, resulting in a 30mm internal width. Thinner pre-preg has allowed for more layers and thicker walls compared to the front rims.
Intended Use
Whether it’s seeking a local KOM, a casual night ride, or a weekend enduro racing, we designed the TR37’s with those situations in mind and created the most versatile “mountain bike” rim pairing.
Handling Characteristics
A lower profile allows for better tracking and cornering, increasing control and speed during the ride. When straight lining through rough terrain, the comfort and stability of carbon rims increase confidence without the harshness

Hubs:
The DT350 has been a staple in the cycling scene for years for good reason. The value benchmark for over a decade, it’s the hub for riders who don’t want to sweat the details and simply want a hub that will work for them reliably with no fuss. A 29″ TR37 DT350 wheelset with Sapim D-Light spokes comes in at ~1823g, while the 27.5″ version is ~1763g. All NOBL wheelsets come taped with valves and ready to go! Simply throw your tires on with sealant and you’re set!
