International Orders
We can sell and ship some items internationally but certain brands or substances may be prohibited from shipping outside of U.S. or to certain territories.
We are unable to estimate local taxes and VAT and are not responsible for any of these charges or duties.
Package forwarders may be utilized at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your item has been delivered to the shipping address. All shipments need to be inspected prior to being forwarded to secondary destinations.
Lead Times
We under promise and over deliver. Although many products will ship the same day or next day, our official policy is 2-4 business days of handling time including expedited orders (Next Day Air, etc.). If you need something in a rush please use a premium shipping service and contact us prior to placing your order for a more accurate ETA.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed air or hazardous materials may only be shipped within the contiguous U.S. using ground delivery only.
Oversized items, including bikes, may not be available for expedited shipping. We will contact you should in the event that your selected shipping service is unavailable for your order.
Bike Builds
All bikes are built, checked and test ridden prior to boxing and shipping. This process averages 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog and the complexity of your build. Expedited builds are available for an additional fee, contact us for details.
Complete bikes are packed in our own specially designed bike boxes but do require some basic assembly. If you aren't confident in your mechanical abilities please have your local shop do the final assembly.
Only bikes/frames over $3000 are eligible for free shipping. There is a $150 charge on all bikes/frames under $3000.
Received a damaged item or bike?
We do our best to protect everything we ship but accidents do happen. Please keep all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim.

Designed for our professional athletes, the Shot 2S is crafted to deliver optimal power transfer while ensuring the utmost comfort, enabling athletes to stay focused on the road. Its carbon C-Boost sole harnesses the full strength of woven carbon fibers, while the upper is constructed using Bioveg material derived from recycled microfibers and finished with an external plant-based coating. The innovative closure system is strategically positioned away from other riders, enhancing maneuverability in crowded situations. The adjustable heel retention mechanism allows you to secure the heel of the shoe, tightening the heel so that it confirms to any riders heel shape.
- The Tecno-3 Push System completely eliminates the pressure zone on the instep and significantly improves comfort
- The Adjustable Heel Retention Device reinforces the top of the heel cup and improves the fit by closing the back of the shoe securely around the rider’s heel
- The heel retention device tightens the top of the heel cup so that the heel is secured during steep climbs and sprints, each side of the heel can be adjusted independently for a perfect fit
- The all new SIDI integrated heel cup is reinforced to avoid deformation after prolonged use. Anatomically shaped, it stabilizes and supports the foot when pedaling
- C-BOOST SRS Sole is made of the latest generation carbon, thanks to the special conformation of the metatarsal area, it increases the transmission of power directly on the pedals, guaranteeing ideal power transfer and support
- Oval holes extend the adjustment position of the cleat by ± 5 mm and a millimeter scale is included to facilitate accurate and repeatable cleat set-up
- Provided with SRS (Sole Replacement System) inserts in Nylon and TPU, with the function of protecting the carbon in the areas most subject to deterioration from use and for increased durability while walking
- The SRS inserts are integrated by ventilation holes that promote the circulation of air inside the sole with each pedal stroke
